• Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will work with our production partner to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
• Size or preference issues: Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
• Wrong address: If the shipping address providede by the customer is incorrect and the order cannot be delivered, reshipping fees may apply.
